When I was young I wanted to become a Politician and help other people. Maybe because my mom worked in health care and my father was a teacher, but after my Master Governance & Policy and my second Master at VU University in Amsterdam Governance & International Security I worked in corporate security & crisis management teams for 6 years. I met so many great people and travelled and learned a lot.
In the end, I really missed the creativity in my work and life and I decided to change careers. I am happy I did that because being a photographer really is my life now.
I am probably shooting, editing or enjoying life in the now. Because that is what life is all about for me.
